Abstract Submission and registration

Abstract submission

Please submit an abstract up to 3 pages by December 22, 2023. Your submission must include

• title of talk
• abstract
• authors name, affiliation, and e-mail address.

Please send the abstract to Karl Dörner, University of Vienna: karl.doerner@univie.ac.at. In case of multiple authors attending the workshop, please inform us who will hold the presentation. Your talk should not exceed 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion. 

Registration Fee

All conference participants are erequired to pay the registration fee. The fee includes

• a three nights stay at Schloss Mauerbach (Sunday 26 May through Wednesday 29 May, 2024),
• full board (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners, and 6 coffee breaks),
• a social event
• and workshop material.

Those attendants who plan to have an extended stay at Schloss Mauerbach before or after the workshop, or have other special requirements such as family rooms or other, please communicate directly with Schloss Mauerbach in order to settle any extra costs. Cancellations

Cancellations received in writing no later than 28 February, 2024 are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations received afterwards will receive no refund.
